Beautiful Hampton II Home

Congratulations to our newest Hampton II homeowners! They finished building their Hampton II C from our Heritage series, and we are so happy for them! Their home is a perfect example of the benefits of building a semi custom home. Even though they started with this floor plan, they added to it and created a home that is unique and is perfect for their family.

First Floor Customizations
This family’s home has all the basics of our Hampton II Package C floor plan, with some beautiful additions. They included a coffered ceiling in their solarium and extended the home by adding a playroom that connects to the solarium. Large white windows let in plenty of lighting for the children to play in.
They removed the full bath below the study (leaving the powder room) to make space for an elevator and a linen closet. An elevator is a great option if you live with elderly family members who have difficulty climbing stairs.
We love the finishes they included in their kitchen. The gold fixtures and the dark island with white countertops contrasting the white cabinets all tie together nicely to bring a modern touch.
Second Floor Customizations
The Hampton II Package C plan comes with a generously sized owner suite that includes a sitting area, luxury bath, spacious walk-in closet, and balcony. These homeowners chose to put a fireplace in their owner suite, that also connects to the balcony outside. Their bathroom is stunning with a patterned gray title that compliments their gray vanities.
Basement Customizations
These home owners finished their basement to included the optional hobby room, game room, entertainment bar, and media room.
They extended the optional office and included a closet. This room is next to a full bath and added laundry room, which makes it a good option for a guest room. They also extended the optional library and turned it into a bedroom by adding a full bath and walk-in closet to it. This bedroom also connects directly to the laundry room. Making it a fantastic space for extra guests if they host their home for the holidays.
