1. We start with a selection of proven home designs that we know our clients will love. We’ve even won awards for our home plans! By creating a curated set of plans, we streamline our building process right from the start. And yes, you can customize your chosen plan!
2. Next, we oversee site planning and preparation. We work with you in obtaining permits for all phases of sitework and construction. This is all managed by our seasoned Director of Client Operations, who knows the ins and outs that will help things go smoothly. We can also advise you about choosing sitework managers and lenders.
3. You choose the finishing touches for your home at a Design Consultation. We have an in-house specialist who will guide you in choosing cabinets, fixtures, lighting, hardware and more in our Design Center. You’ll be amazed at the selection available, and our specialist will help you put it all together to create the style you love.
4. When construction starts, you’ll be kept in the loop with updates from the site superintendent and through your private account in our online client portal. We’re committed to providing regular updates as your new home becomes reality.
5. As your house takes shape, we continue to collaborate with you to make sure it meets your expectations. Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your new home.
6. When your home is complete, we hand over the keys so you can start this exciting new phase of life. You can feel secure knowing your home is covered under several warranties including a five year structural warranty.
