The Heritage Series is our most popular collection with two story plans ranging from 3,240 to 8,930 base sq. ft. These stunning single family homes can accommodate a wide variety of lot sizes and are always designed to impress. The Heritage series offers optional features such as third story lofts, finished lower levels with media rooms, main floor owners' suites, and expansive owners' suite closets. Different styles from Colonial to French Country, and Mediterranean to Modern Farmhouse, we can build it. Each plan can be customized to fit your needs.
The Estate Series offers truly fine living on a grand scale. These timeless single family homes range from 6,530 to 15,885 base sq. ft. with many options to expand. Stunning customizations for this plan include in-law suites, prep kitchens, libraries, solariums, meditation rooms, au pair suites, elevators, chefs kitchens and so much more. The City Series features exceptional single family homes designed for city dwelling lot sizes and well suited for narrow lots without compromising style and functionality.
