We’ve created the floorplan that your lot needs! We have homeowners who want more space than a city home, but lack the lot width for a gorgeous 56 ft. wide Hampton II, Stratford, Radford, or one of our other Heritage Series homes. In areas such as Falls Church, Arlington, and McLean, many lots are perfect for the 50 ft wide Nottingham, which comes with spacious rooms and many other great features designed for your lot!
We have noticed some of our homeowners have not wanted a formal living room. We reworked the first floor, allowing the family room, kitchen, and other living spaces to be larger, and we even offer an optional first floor bedroom for multigenerational living! On the second floor, all secondary bedrooms are spacious and all rooms feature walk-in closets. Finishing the basement also gives your family additional entertainment living with a rec room, den, and media room.
If your lot has the depth, we have an optional 4 feet extended version of the Nottingham, which includes an enormous kitchen/breakfast area, family room, study, and owner’s suite!
